STEP 1

The dimensions and shape of the box are determined. Then, after contacting us and reviewing the cutting lines, the graphic design is created. During this phase, the box’s functionality, aesthetics, and the brand’s requirements are considered, and the design is prepared according to the cutting measurements.

STEP 2

Immediately after the design process, the production and delivery date is scheduled.

STEP 3

Necessary graphics and texts are applied to the boxes using printing techniques. Key points to consider:

  • Colors in the working file must be in CMYK.

  • If a special Pantone color is used, it should be clearly specified.

We work in Adobe Illustrator. If there are changes, you can send us your file in Ai (Illustrator) format. If your work was prepared in Photoshop, save it as a PDF and send it to us.

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. It represents four-color printing.

The CMYK color system works on the principle of masking the paper surface. Light is absorbed by the ink; hence it is called “subtractive,” because inks subtract red, green, and blue from white light. It’s a color system that specifies how colors are achieved in printing using mixing formulas.

Pantone color guides are divided into different types such as bright, matte, and metallic. If your Pantone color is matte, the Uncoated (U) Pantone catalog is used; if glossy, the Coated (C) catalog is used.

The biggest advantage of Pantone is that there is no color deviation. Your selected special color from the Pantone catalog will always appear in the same shade, anywhere and under any conditions.

STEP 4

The produced boxes go through quality control processes. Defective boxes are separated, while acceptable ones are packaged and prepared for shipment to the customers.
